Proof of concept #2.2 released

Abandon hope all ye who enter here

There are SO many internal improvements in this release, that the benefits got passed to the gameplay as a side-effect. Who knew a simple game had so many parts that need coordination? The most obvious reflection is that there are now plants in the world, and the loading time of the scene is virtually zero. Player's changelist:

Gameplay

• There are plants all around the world, which so far can only be carried, but don't affect anything (yet)
• Loading time of the scene eliminated
  
• The warning sign can be carried
• Girls react to dislikes

Distribution

• Smaller download size
• Smaller uncompressed size by orders of magnitude
• Much smaller video memory needed to play the scene

Fixes

• Removed warning of use of deprecated function on the intro screen
